As an On-Site Medical Staffing customer, you do not have to pay your On-Site Medical Staffing-assigned employee for vacations, holidays, personal or sick leaves, worker's compensation, unemployment, social security, FICA, state and local taxes, administrative costs and other benefits.

One week is fair notice. We
can work within 2-3 days notice depending upon the skill level
required.
What Is
The Drug Policy?
Every employee of On-Site Medical Staffing is drug tested before they
begin working for you. Our drug policy also states that we have the right to
test any employee at random or after an injury.
How Are
Bill Rates Calculated?
Our bill rates include the
rate of pay, vacations, holidays, worker's compensation, unemployment, social
security (FICA), federal state and local taxes, bookkeeping costs, recruiting,
advertising, OSHA bloodborne training, HIPAA training, drug screens, Hep-B
screen testing and malpractice insurance. Bill rates are based on the pay rate
upon which you and the employee agree.
What
Benefits Are Included?
Holiday Pay
Employees are eligible
to be paid for the following six (6) holidays:
New Year's
Day
Labor
Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving
Day
Independence Day Christmas Day
To qualify for holiday pay, an On-Site Medical Staffing employee must have worked 480 hours and must work both the day before and the next working day following the holiday
Vacation Pay
To qualify for vacation pay, an On-Site
Medical Staffing employee must work 1000 hours. Vacation pay will be equal to 40
hours calculated by the average pay rate over the past 1000 hours.
Health Insurance
Employees may purchase health
insurance at a reasonable rate. Please see your Staffing Supervisor for
details.
Referral Bonus
On-Site Medical Staffing is always
looking for qualified employees to work in the medical field. Each employee will
receive a $50.00 bonus when a person they have referred has worked for On-Site
Medical Staffing for 40 hours.
